Horntail: Destroy the purple crystal on the right
Zakum: Drop the "eye of fire" onfront of Zakum altar
And for the rest of the bosses, you probably need to be in a party/guild and let some or all of the members to come fight the boss or u can do solo on bosses or more members and let the boss summon itself!
