that is not true because people can change to another weapon, quickly kill a jr.balrog, and switch back to regular weapon and armor and get job advance

How to capture a hacker is:
Follow a person that looks like so high lvl when they rebirth and goes into a high lvl so fast, follo where they go but try not to let them think ur sort of a GM so id recommend u kinda hide and then finally when u see their hacks immidiately report this hacker! If not then red alert failed progress =(
