Reporting of GMs.reply me in Game ASAP

Dear Admin , Co-admin,
Are you wondering what are your GMs doing? Lazy , mess spawning mob , making server lags?.Even i tell them to delevel my fren or delevel me , they keep say wait.Even they are GMs , commands also dont know? LOL.serious , you must be kidding me....a GMs without experience don't know all commands...please teach your GM!!!!!
